Tulsa firefighter Harrison Moseby, who is battling cancer, says he is making great steps to recovery after undergoing a major surgery last week.

Surgeons had to amputate his arm to stop bleeding that hinders his cancer treatments.

Harrison posted on Facebook that he was able to sit up, stand, and make steps around the room.

Harrison needs rare O negative blood, so the Oklahoma Blood Institute hosted a blood drive on Sunday at the First Baptist Owasso Church for him and anyone else who needs it.
