Streak Of Light Spotted Over Oklahoma Sky Overnight

People across eastern Oklahoma noticed something streaking across the sky late Tuesday night.

Several viewers shared videos and pictures showing the bright streak as it swept across the sky overnight. The bright light could be seen across most of eastern Oklahoma.

The spectacle is likely the SpaceX Dragon capsule carrying private astronauts, which came back into the earth's atmosphere around that time, before finally splashing into the Gulf of Mexico near Florida.
