Missing 13-Year-Old Found Safe, Says Oklahoma Highway Patrol

The Oklahoma Highway Patrol says a 13-year-old who was reported missing overnight has been located.

Authorities say 13-year-old Kandyce White was reported missing around 10 p.m. on Wednesday in Catoosa. OHP posted that they had been found just before 9 a.m. on Thursday.
