Oklahoma Attorney General Gentner Drummond wants the Oklahoma Supreme Court to give him more time in a high-profile Death Row case.
The court granted a stay of execution for Death Row inmate Richard Glossip, but has not yet decided if they'll hear the case.
Drummond said he needs an extra 30 days to file his brief and respond to any new arguments that could be filed in the coming days.
