34-Year-Old Hit, Killed By Train In Love County

A 34-year-old man is dead after he was hit by a train Friday morning in Love County, according to the Oklahoma Highway Patrol.

Troopers said the crash happened at around 10:33 a.m. on a private property three miles south of Marietta.

Steven Burton, 34, was walking northbound on the railroad tracks when the train hit him.

Burton was pronounced dead at the scene.
