New Miss Oklahoma Crowned: Sunny Day Makes History At 27

Miss Oklahoma 2023 has officially been crowned and News On 6’s Meteorologist Megan Gold has officially passed over the crown.

Miss Norman, Sunny Day, is officially the new Miss Oklahoma.

Sunny is an English and social studies teacher at Western Heights Public School.

Sunny made history on the Miss Oklahoma stage by being the oldest woman to compete at 27-years-old.

She will go on to compete in the 96th Miss America pageant later this year.
