Crash Kills 61-Year-Old Man In Latimer County

A man died early-Tuesday morning after a crash on Highway 2 in Latimer County, authorities say.

The Oklahoma Highway Patrol says Jack Blue, 61, of Talihina, Oklahoma, died just after midnight when his vehicle crashed on State Highway 20.

OHP says Blue was driving north on the highway when for an unknown reason, he departed the roadway about three miles south of Wilburton, flipping his car multiple times.

Responding troopers say his seatbelts were not in use and he was ejected during the crash.

Latimer County EMS declared Blue dead at the scene.
