Tulsa Brewery Opens On Days Off To Bring Relief To Those Without Power

A Tulsa brewery opened Monday, on what's normally a day off, to give folks a place to charge their phones and get out of the heat.

Renaissance Brewing Company is located near 11th and Lewis.

Owner Glenn Hall said he's usually closed on Mondays and Tuesdays, but they're open all week to help people out.

"We wanna help the neighborhood. I mean, we're a neighborhood pub, we're a neighborhood brewery you know. They're our main regulars, and that's who we want to support. You know, they haven't had air conditioning for a couple days, so you know, here we are," said Hall.

Renaissance will be open again on Tuesday from 4 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., for anyone who needs a bite to eat or just to relax in the air conditioning.
