Stillwater Animal Welfare Searching For Person Responsible For Dumping Puppies At Church

Stillwater Animal Welfare is searching for the person responsible for abandoning a litter of puppies Sunday at a church.

They ask that anyone who knows where the puppies came from to call 405-372-0334 or email animalwelfare@stillwater.org.
