House Sustains Serious Damage During Fire

A house caught fire near North Council Road and West Hefner Road Wednesday.

Responding fire crews were able to put out the fire, but the house sustained major damage.

A portion of the roof collapsed during the fire.

Although all of the residents were able to make it out of the house, one of the homeowner’s pets died.

Authorities are still trying to determine what sparked the fire.
