New Class Of Cadets Begins Training At Oklahoma Highway Patrol Academy

The Oklahoma Highway Patrol began their 72nd academy Monday morning in northeast Oklahoma City.

Twenty seven cadets lined up at the training center near Northeast 36th Street and Martin Luther King Avenue.

Cadets will take part in a 18-week course where they will be challenged academically, physically and mentally.

Graduation is scheduled for Dec. 15.
