Gov. Stitt Signs Executive Order On Women’s Bill Of Rights

Oklahoma Governor Kevin Stitt signed an Executive Order Tuesday known as the Women's Bill of Rights.

The measure defines men and women by their biological sex at birth.

Supporters said it would clarify situations where men and women are separated, like on athletic teams and in locker rooms.
