Pioneer Plaza Apartment Complex To Undergo Major Remodel

One of Tulsa's oldest public housing complexes is undergoing a major remodel.

The Tulsa Housing Authority started work on the Pioneer Plaza apartments today, which is the first of its high rise complexes that is set to be updated.
