Man Accused Of Shooting Into Edmond Restaurant, Killing 1, To Appear in Court

The man accused of shooting at employees of an Edmond restaurant, killing one person, is due in court on Thursday.

Edmond Police said 22-year-old Brandon Houston shot and killed Dorian Jamil Johnson in June near South Broadway and East 33rd Street.

Investigators said the shooting was not a random act, and that Johnson was Houston's alleged intended target.

Houston faces a first-degree murder charge.
