Know Your Bus Routes And Schedules: Oklahoma City Police's Safety Advice For Metro Students

The Oklahoma City Police Department is providing a few safety reminders before metro students head back to school.

Police say it's important for kids to know their bus routes and schedules. They also recommend having your kids know their home address. 

Officials want to remind drivers to slow down and be mindful in school zones.

If your child is walking to and from school for the first time this year, police said it's a good idea to show them where crosswalks are and how to cross safely.
