Sheriff's Office Gives 'All Clear' At McClain County Courthouse

The McClain County Sheriff's Office has issued an 'all clear' for the McClain County courthouse after the Oklahoma Highway Patrol bomb squad was called to investigate the scene.

The Oklahoma Highway Patrol bomb squad unit was called to investigate a threat at the McClain County courthouse Monday afternoon.

The McClain County Sheriff's Office confirmed they investigated a bomb threat. Homeland Security K-9s have since cleared the outside of the building.

The courthouse will reopen Tuesday, and the building was evacuated out of precaution, the sheriff's office said.
