Man Arrested, Accused Of Stealing Car After Deceiving Owner, Apache Police Say

A man was taken into custody after a warrant was issued for his arrest for deceiving someone into giving him a vehicle, according to Apache Police.

According to court documents, in October of 2022 Zachry Bailey tricked a man into giving him his vehicle.

Investigators said Bailey is also tied to a case in Texas, where he was found driving a used police car and is believed to have been preparing to impersonate an officer.

Police said Bailey has also impersonated a doctor in the past.
