An Oklahoma natural gas company agrees to a nearly $6 million settlement in a class-action lawsuit over a 2011 earthquake near Prague.

According to court documents, the lawsuit accuses New Dominion of causing the 5.7 magnitude earthquake with the company's well disposal operations.

New Dominion denied being responsible.

Residents with property damage from that earthquake have to make a claim by Jan. 13 to be eligible for part of the settlement.
