Body Cam Video Shows Moment Cleveland Co. Deputy Is Arrested For Allegedly Killing Wife

Oklahoma City Police released body cam footage of the moment a Cleveland County deputy was arrested in his Yukon home, accused of killing his wife. 

Officer: “Hey come out to me.”.

Vaughn Cannon: “Uncle uncle, uncle come see me.”

Officer: “Put your hands behind your back homie.”

Vaughn Cannon: “Uncle uncle.”

In the footage, Vaughn Cannon can be seen exiting a bedroom calling out for his uncle as police take him into custody. Vaughn is accused of killing Deputy Jordan Cannon, who was also with the sheriff’s office.

“It appears the two were engaged in some type of heated argument, retrieved a handgun and shot and killed the female,” Msgt. Gary Knight with the Oklahoma City Police Department said.

Vaughn now faces a murder complaint.
