With heat a big concern for organizers at the University of Oklahoma, helping fans keep cool while in the stadium is a top priority.

As OU's football team is hoping to beat Central Arkansas, the OU Athletic Department has been coming up with ways to help fans stay hydrated ahead of Saturday's game.

At the game, fans can see many water fountains and "water monsters," a large tank filled with ice water with many spouts to fill up multiple water bottles.

The department said they don't want fans to be scared of the heat, and are doing everything they can to keep fans comfortable.

“We want to make sure all of Sooner Nation feels safe and hydrated and that they have all of the tools that make up a world-class, first-class gameday experience," OU Athletics executive associate Leah Beasley said.

OU Athletics have asked the over 80,000 fans to begin hydrating before the game starting on Friday so your body is ready to cheer on the Sooners on Saturday.
