Fire Crews Battle NW Oklahoma City Grass Fire

Fire crews responded to the scene of a grass fire Friday morning in northwest Oklahoma City.

The fire was located near West Memorial Road and North Pennsylvania Avenue.

The Oklahoma City Fire Department said the fire has since been put out. Firefighters said about five acres were burned in the fire.

No structures were involved. One firefighter was transported to the hospital for heat exhaustion, according to firefighters.
