Man Charged After Attempt To Cross The Atlantic In Giant Hamster Wheel

A Florida man is facing federal charges for trying to cross the Atlantic Ocean in a human-sized Hamster Wheel.

Officers spent three days negotiating with the wheel maker after he was found 70-nautical miles east of Tybee Island in Georgia.

Investigators said this is not the first time the man has been rescued from similar situations.
