3 More Suspects Arrested In Connection To 2022 Murder Case Of Oklahoma 9-Year-Old

Three more suspects have been arrested in connection to a murder case from 2022.

Who was arrested?

Oklahoma City Police announced three more suspects have been tracked down and arrested Friday in connection to Dumarcus Fuller, Jr’s death. Michael Williams was arrested in Arkansas, Austin Parker in Denver and Micah Knighten in Midwest City.

When did the shooting happen?

Fuller, 9, was inside his southeast Oklahoma City home in October 2022 when the gunshots sounded, according to Oklahoma County District Court documents. The 9-year-old victim was transported to the hospital where he later died.

How did neighbors react?

Neighbor Rodney Harvey heard the shooting and spoke to News 9’s Jennifer Pierce on Oct. 5, 2022.

“It was an automatic rifle, sounded like,” said Harvey. 

“The child was inside the house when he was struck,” said Msgt. Gary Knight, Oklahoma City Police 

Harvey was one of the first witnesses to call 911.

“The father came out and said his kid had been shot and I went down to talk to the neighbors who saw the car that left,” said Harvey. “As I was down there the father drove by and asked me to call 911.”  

He was heartbroken to hear the young boy did not survive. Harvey said the incident was not the first time shooters have targeted their cul-de-sac.

Who was the first suspect arrested?

Sean Beals, 23, was arrested in December in connection to the 9-year-old’s death.

All four suspects are now facing first-degree murder charges.
