Wrong-Way Driver Crashes Into Pole In Oklahoma City, Police Say

A driver travelling on the wrong side of the road in northwestern Oklahoma City crashed into a pole, police say.

Oklahoma City Police said the driver was hurt after hitting the pole near Northwest 18th Street and North Western Avenue around 12 a.m. on Thursday.

According to officers, the driver was going the wrong way down North Western Avenue when they crossed into the bike lane and struck the pole.

Authorities say the driver was treated for minor injuries.
