1 Hospitalized After Oklahoma City Shooting, Police Searching For Suspects

One person was sent to the hospital after a shooting Tuesday night in south Oklahoma City, police say.

Oklahoma City Police said the shooting happened at an apartment complex near I-240 Service Road and South Blackwelder Avenue.

Investigators said the victim was shot several times taken to the hospital in critical condition.

“When they [police] arrived, they located a Hispanic male in the courtyard with multiple gunshot wounds, and began life saving measures," OCPD Lt. Jeff Cooper said.

Cooper said several people heard gunshots, but no suspects are in custody at this time.
