The mayor said he has not heard any new information about the manhunt since he spoke with officers this morning.

Throughout town, you see a large presence of police….officers walking up and down the streets and even looking in the river here in town.

Today students of Wynnewood could stay at home, but the school remained open so students had a safe place to go for the day.

The mayor said that people did exactly what they were supposed to overnight: locking their doors, and taking extra precautions with their day to day activities.

He is still advising people to be aware, but many here in Wynnewood believe the suspect is further than Garvin county.
