2 Killed, Investigation Underway After Deadly OKC Neighborhood Shooting

Metro police are investigating a double homicide that happened in NW Oklahoma City Saturday night.

The gunman is still on the run and police deployed K9s, a drone and their police helicopter to track him down last night, to no avail.

Police responded to a home near NW 36th and Penn around 9 p.m. after multiple neighbors called 911 and reported hearing gunshots.

Police arrived and found two men who had been shot, one of them was already dead.

Police say the second victim died undergoing surgery.

The victims have not yet been identified.

Officers were on scene early Sunday morning searching for possible surveillance video and questioning neighbors.

No arrests have been made.
