911 Call Released In Deadly El Reno Shooting

A homicide investigation is underway after a Halloween party in El Reno took a deadly turn.

According to police chaos erupted around 2:00 a.m. Saturday,

Caller: He's badly injured. He got shot up close in the face.     

Dispatcher: Who got shot?  

Caller: My best friend's boyfriend.             

Justin Davidson, 20, was lying on the road and was bleeding.  

Caller: There was a Halloween party going on, we were just outside, having fun and stuff.

Caller: They randomly got into a bad conversation where it escalated things. And they randomly took their guns out and we ran away from them, like what's going on?           

With the gunman still present help arrived as Davidson clung to life.

Caller: Where is the shooter? He's right in front of us.  

911 How is the patient that was shot?   

Caller: He's still on the floor laying. But he's making snorting noises, I believe, trying to keep his pulse up. 

Davidson was rushed to the hospital where he later died.

Delsin Tsotigh was still on the scene and arrested.

911: Where's the man who fired shots. He's standing right there, letting them take him.     

Delsin Tsotigh remains jailed but has not been formally charged.
