Two people are in custody in connection to the homicide of a teenager from Muskogee, according to police.
Police said 16-year-old Coriyon Brown was found dead from multiple gunshot wounds on September 7.
Brown was with Allan Hill and Terance Renfro on the day he died, investigators said.
Both Hill and Renfro are now in custody, police said.
Police said because Hill is Native American, the case will be tried in federal court.
Police said there was another homicide that took place the night Brown died, but the two incidents are not related.
The other homicide involved the shooting and killing an 18-year-old in Muskogee, according to the United States Marshals Service.
Marshals said Anthony Deon Fisher Jr, 19, was arrested in Oklahoma City Wednesday night in connection to that shooting.
Fisher is accused of shooting and killing James McNac III, 18, on September 7.
According to the Muskogee Police Department, McNac went to 1633 Center Lane to speak to people about a property dispute and was shot multiple times on the front porch of the residence.
Police say Fisher was one of the people McNac had gone to see and lived at the home.
Fisher is being held at the Oklahoma County Detention Center.
