Several businesses and restaurants are gearing up for the large crowds that'll take over the streets of Stillwater ahead of Bedlam.
Cheese fries hit the tables at Eskimo Joe's.
"We're looking at tons, tons of potatoes just this weekend," said Stan Clark.
And shirts flew off the shelves.
"The presses are running," Sharon Sample said, as fans from all around the state geared up for what could be the last Bedlam game for a while.
"It's obviously very sad, I'm going to miss it terribly," Clark said.
Businesses all around Boone Pickens Stadium had their game plans ready to make sure the last Bedlam game went out with a bang.
"Of course, that means ordering up everything we sell in terms of food, beverages, liquor, beer, you name it. You know you gotta have more on hand," said Eskimo Joe's owner Stan Clark.
Clark opened Eskimo Joe's back in 1975 and anticipated big crowds, so the restaurant has additional full-service outdoor seating across the street.
"We've got everything we do inside and more outside as well," he said, as a way to make sure everyone got their fix of the kitchen's famous Joe's cheese fries. "We asked our kitchen manager this morning, and he ordered 1,800 pounds of fresh Idaho potatoes just for Saturday," said Clark.
Nest door, Sharon Sample works at For Pete's Sake. She made sure cowboys were dressed in America's brightest orange while also taking a stab at the crimson and cream.
"This is our smack shirt," she said.
It lists the top ten things the Pokes say they won't miss when the Sooners head to the SEC.
"We will miss them a little bit because we won't have anyone to fight with, but you know that stupid fight song is probably the number one," Sample laughed.
Sample has been a part of the Bedlam rivalry for 72 years and says this rivalry will always be her favorite.
"So excited, I just can't hardly stand it. I just can't wait until it starts," she said.
Businesses all around OSU's campus opened bright and early, ready to help fans from both teams kick off their game day.
