Former Osage Nation Principal Chief John Red Eagle Dies

Osage Nation said its former principal chief John Red Eagle died on Friday.

The Osage Nation said it is mourning the loss and its prayers are with his family and the community.

The tribe said it's grateful for his teachings, traditions and the tremendous legacy Chief Red Eagle Left his Osage people.
