WeROK Mountain Biking Group Brings Women Together In Male-Dominant Sport

A group of women in Tulsa are overcoming obstacles on the dirt trails.

WeROK stands for Women Empowered Riding Oklahoma.

It's a nonprofit mountain cycling group that's dedicated to teaching and supporting women of all levels in what is usually a male-dominated sport.

"We want women to feel like they have a place to come and learn and be themselves, and experience this from other women, learn from other women," said WeROK Board Member Cyndi Ballard.
