Two Oklahoma City metro medical professionals who were charged in the death of a 75-year-old woman are in court Wednesday morning.

Oklahoma Attorney General Gentner Drummond filed charges against Dr. Alexander Frank and pharmacist Justin Lee in March of 2023 after court documents show they prescribed the victim the wrong dosage of her medication, which ended up resulting in her death.

Court records show Frank approved the dosage despite warnings from his computer.

Both are charged with second-degree manslaughter
