1 Killed In Early Morning Crash On I-44 In Oklahoma City

A woman is dead after a single vehicle crash on Interstate 44 in Oklahoma City, according to the Oklahoma Highway Patrol.

The woman, 23-year-old Trinity Kitchens, was transported to a local hospital where she was pronounced dead. A passenger was also taken to a hospital, he was treated and released.

According to OHP, the vehicle departed the road to the right, then to the left, where they struck the concrete barrier. The vehicle rolled an unknown amount of times and landed on its wheels, OHP says. The driver, Kitchens, was thrown from the vehicle. OHP says she was not wearing a seat belt.
