Kasey Alert Issued For Missing 68-Year-Old Man

The Oklahoma Highway Patrol is searching for a missing 68-year-old man last seen in Clinton, Oklahoma on April 1.

Joseph Oldbear, 68, was last seen near 3030 Custer Avenue in Clinton, according to authorities. Oldbear is 5'9", 170 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes. He has a prosthetic left leg below the knee and a tattoo of a buffalo on his left arm.

Authorities ask anyone with information to contact 911.
