Description

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
  • 2, 9.49 oz boxes of Pagoda frozen Chicken or Pork Potstickers
  • 2 tablespoons plus 2 teaspoons vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1, 8 oz package of baby sliced portobello mushrooms
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1, 10 oz package of PictSweet Farms Frozen Asian Vegetables
  • 1, 10 oz package of PictSweet Farms Frozen Shelled Edamame
  • 2 medium scallions
  • 1 package Dole Sesame Asian salad kit

Instructions

  1. Step 1: In a small bowl, whisk together rice wine vinegar, low sodium soy sauce, water, cornstarch, sugar, and toasted sesame oil. Set aside.
  2. Step 2: Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a large nonstick frying pan over medium-high heat until shimmering. Place potstickers pleat side up in a single layer and fry undisturbed until bottoms are light golden brown, about three minutes.
  3. Step 3: Carefully add water, cover, and cook for three minutes. Uncover, turn potstickers onto their unpleated side, and continue cooking uncovered until water evaporates, and potstickers are golden brown, about three minutes more. Transfer to a large plate.
  4. Step 4: Drizzle 1 teaspoon of oil into the pan, add mushrooms, and season with salt. Stir-fry until browned and softened (2 to 3 minutes), then transfer to the plate with the potstickers.
  5. Step 5: Drizzle another teaspoon of oil into the pan, add frozen veggies and edamame. Stir-fry until veggies are no longer frozen and warmed through. Return reserved potstickers, mushrooms, and any juices back to the pan.
  6. Step 6: Whisk the sauce again, then add it to the pan. Stir-fry until the sauce thickens and coats everything. Transfer to a serving dish, sprinkle with scallions, and serve immediately.
  7. Salad Step: While stir fry is cooking, prepare the Dole Sesame Asian salad kit according to package directions.
  8. Step 8: Serve the Potsticker Stir Fry alongside the vibrant Dole Sesame Asian salad for a delicious and easy Asian-inspired meal!
