Caddo County Teacher Accused Of Lewd Acts With Minor

A teacher from the Boone-Apache School District in Caddo County is facing felony charges after an alleged inappropriate relationship with a student.

Myles Stephenson Jr. of Anadarko is facing charges of lewd acts to a child after court documents say in January, he lured a student into a locked storage room and inappropriately touched them.

Stephenson could face up to 40 years in prison, and the district said in a statement that Stephenson has been placed on administrative leave and resigned during the criminal investigation.

The district also said it will always prioritize the safety of its students.
