A suspect is in custody after a pursuit that ended in northeast Oklahoma City.
The Oklahoma County Sheriff's Office confirmed that deputies were involved in a high-speed chase Thursday afternoon, that ended right in front of the Sheriff's Office.
OCSO stated that a warrants team attempted to arrest 25-year-old Charles Coulter on a warrant for domestic assault and batter/strangulation, but Coulter took off in his car near Interstate 35 and Hefner.
Authorities say that deputies pursued him for seven minutes, then Coulter crashed into a truck. OCSO says that then Coulter went into a wooded area near North Martin Luther King Avenue and Northeast 36th Street.
Authorities confirmed that the pursuit reached speeds of over 100 miles per hour, and no one was injured.
OSCO shared on social media that Coulter kicked out the window of a patrol vehicle as he was being arrested.
Authorities say that a suspect is in custody.
