The owner of Whipped Bakery, Damon Capers, joined News 9 on the Coca-Cola Porch to discuss all things charcuterie.
Capers recommends the four-three rule: three cheeses, three meats, three types of veggies and three berries. Then, you can add the dried goods, like caramels, mangoes or dried berries.
Capers also showed Robin and Lacie how to make salami roses.
Whipped Bakery is hosting a charcuterie workshop for Mother’s Day on May 9, where anyone can learn how to make a beautiful spread.
