Jim Gardner and Bob Mills SkyNews 9 went up in the air on Monday morning to survey damage from tornadoes and storms that swept through Oklahoma on Sunday night.

Multiple tornadoes were confirmed across Oklahoma on Sunday, May 19, including one in the Oklahoma City metro area.

There have been no confirmed reports of injuries, but Bob Mills SkyNews 9 flew over several homes that were damaged as well as farmland and wheatfields with debris.

The twisters resulted from a storm system that triggered a severe thunderstorm watch for much of the News 9 viewing area overnight.

Earlier in the evening, tornadoes were reported in western Oklahoma. The first was a brief tornado in Roger Mills County; the next was a much larger tornado near Custer City.
