Authorities Respond To Fatal Commercial Accident In NW OKC

Authorities responded to a fatal commercial accident in northwest Oklahoma City.

Oklahoma City Police and Oklahoma City Fire Department were on the scene near North McCormick Avenue and Northwest 4th Street.

According to a release from the Oklahoma City Fire Department, the reporting party explained that a worker fell into a recycling machine.

The release stated that the victim was an adult male.
