Lightning Strike Causes Early Morning House Fire In SW OKC

A house fire in southwest Oklahoma City was caused by a lightning strike as storms moved through the metro early Monday morning, firefighters confirmed.

The fire broke out near SW 134th Street and South Western Avenue in Oklahoma City.

There were a few burnt shingles and the fire was put out quickly, firefighters said. One person was home, but no one was injured, according to firefighters.
