Ingredients
- 2 egg whites
- 1/4 cup + 3 Tablespoons granulated sugar
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- ⅛ teaspoon salt
- ⅔ cup all-purpose flour
- 2 Tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- Additional melted butter for brushing on shell pan
- Vanilla ice cream
- Chocolate shell syrup
Instructions
- Taco Shell: Mix: Mix your ingrideints into a bowl.
- Taco Shell: Spread: Spread melted butter onto a pizzelle maker.
- Taco Shell: Scoop: Scoop your mixture out of your bowl.
- Taco Shell: Cook: Let your mixture cook for 30 seconds on pizzelle cooker.
- Taco Shell: Mold: Place your mixture onto the taco mold rack and let cool.
- Building Your Taco: Ice Cream: Scoop out vanilla ice cream and spread evenly on taco shell.
- Building Your Taco: Spread: Spread the ice cream evenly on taco shell.
- Building Your Taco: Dip: Dip the front of your taco into a chocolate syrup and let dry.
