A man who stole a motor home and led Oklahoma City Police on a chase through the northwestern part of the city last month has issued an apology, police say.
OCPD released additional information following the arrest of Cole Hopper, 32, who investigators say stole the RV on May 30, before crashing near Interstate 44 and North Pennsylvania Avenue.

Court documents say Hopper stole the motor home from the dealership he was fired from, and later crashed in a ditch near Smitty Park, before leading officers on a chase on foot.
According to the police report, Hopper originally told officers he wasn't driving the RV, but later admitted to officers he stole the vehicle, saying he was "just a follower."
OCPD said Hopper had crack cocaine and fentanyl with him when he was arrested.
Hopper said he apologized for stealing the RV, for running from police, and for having drugs in his backpack.
