Description

This Pineapple Coconut Milkshake is a refreshing treat that combines the sweet and tangy flavors of pineapple with the creamy richness of coconut milk, making it perfect for a hot day or a delightful dessert.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup lite coconut milk
  • 1 cup vanilla ice cream
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Whipped cream, for garnsih
  • Fresh pineapple slices, for garnish
  • Coconut flakes for garnish

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Prepare the Pineapple In a blender, combine the frozen pineapple chunks, coconut milk, vanilla ice cream, honey, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth and creamy. If the mixture is too thick, you can add a little more coconut milk to reach your desired consistency.
  2. Step 2: Serve Pour the milkshake into glasses. Garnish with whipped cream, coconut flakes, and a slice of fresh pineapple. Serve immediately
