3 Defendants Convicted For 2022 Norman Rape

A Cleveland County jury returned guilty verdicts for three men in the case of a 2022 rape in Norman on Tuesday, according to the district attorney's office.

Arkavis Moore, Darius Evans, and Jacob Howard were found guilty on three counts each of rape in the first degree and three counts of forcible sodomy, according to the AG's office.

The District 21 district attorney's office stated that the jury recommended life with the possibility of parole for each defendant, on all six counts.

Formal sentencing will be on September 13, 2024.
