1 Dead After Car Crash In Garvin County

According To Oklahoma Highway Patrol 21-year-old James Martinez hit a 32-foot flatbed after its driver stopped due to construction.

There was a passenger in the car with Martinez and she is expected to be okay, say OHP.

The driver of the truck was not injured.

According to troopers Martinez was not wearing a seatbelt.
