Arrest Warrant Issued For Man Accused Of Killing Enid Crossing Guard

An arrest warrant has been issued for a man accused of hitting and killing an Enid school crossing guard after the man did not show up in court.

The Garfield County Sheriff's Office has issued an arrest warrant for a man accused of hitting and killing an Enid school crossing guard.

Court records show Roberto Cruz Lopez was due in court on Monday for plea and sentencing, but failed to show up.

Lopez is accused of hitting 61-year-old Dan Luskey near an elementary school in Enid last October.
