Firefighters Battle Fire Engulfing 2 Homes In NE Oklahoma City

Firefighters battles a fire that spread to two homes Friday morning in northeast Oklahoma City, according to the Oklahoma City Fire Department.

The Oklahoma City Fire Department said they responded to the scene at around 3:30 a.m. near Northeast 14th Terrace and North Irving Avenue.

Upon arriving on scene, firefighters reported heavy smoke coming from the burning structures, forcing the responding crews to work in teams, with one team battling the fire and the other taking a break from the intense smoke.

Both homes are believed to be vacant, according to OKCFD, and there are no injuries at this time.
