OU Celebrates Entering SEC With Campus Corner Pep Rally

Celebrations have been underway all day as the University of Oklahoma officially enters the Southeastern Conference.

In Norman, a pep rally kicked off on Monday afternoon, and News 9's Jordan Ryan and Haley Wager stopped by to talk to fans and see the excitement.

Everyone is ready for this move to the SEC. It doesn't matter how hot it is. 

Fans have been out here since 9 a.m.

One of the big things that everyone was in Norman for is the SEC network. They have been on air since 2 p.m. going till 6 p.m. They have interviewed Venables, Patty Gasso, and the whole crew up there.

 There's also a big athletic summer sale where fans can get all kinds of gear that's happening until 7 p.m. 

And of course, the main event tonight, the party in the palace, there's going to be food trucks, live music, live music, giveaways, just everything to kick this off.
